Wireless Setup

Print and scan wirelessly directly from any computer that supports Wi-Fi from your local network connection. Wireless printing requires a network that functions with 802.11b/g/n wireless capabilities. You will need a computer that supports Wi-Fi, a wireless router, and a wireless printer. All three devices must be connected to the same wireless network connection.

AirPrint

AirPrint allows users to print photos, emails, web pages, and other documents wirelessly without the need to install device drivers, save time and create a smooth user experience. Both your Apple device and your PIXMA Wireless All-in-One must be connected to the same wireless network connection. A firmware update for the printer may be needed to support AirPrint.
